How do I return an item?
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or satisfaction, then simply return it. Even when you are making an exchange or a return we want to make it easy for you. You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange to our returns processing center within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Refunds or Credits (Gift Cards Excluded):
• To expedite your return, please contact a customer service associate at firstname.lastname@example.org (or your assigned account representative for managed accounts) to receive a Returns Authorization number. A Returns Authorization number is required for all returns.
• We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless you received a shipment sent in error by I Love Guns & Titties
• To receive a refund, your original packing invoice should accompany your return. If you do not have the original packing invoice that was enclosed with your order you can simply email us at email@example.com and request a copy of your order.
• Items should be in original packaging and must not be soiled or laundered.
• Selected items sold by I Love Guns & Titties are designated as non-refundable (For Example: Clearance Items, Panties, etc.).
Contact our customer service associates at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements of items received from I Love Guns & Titties.
• If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error by I Love Guns & Titties we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt at our return center, and send you your replacement with no additional charges.
Gifts / Gift Card Purchases:
For merchandise purchased on a gift card, we will issue a merchandise credit back to the gift card that can be used online. If at any time you become dissatisfied with the returns / exchange experience, please email customer service at email@example.com.
