How do I return an item?

If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or satisfaction, then simply return it. Even when you are making an exchange or a return we want to make it easy for you. You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange to our returns processing center within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Refunds or Credits (Gift Cards Excluded):
• To expedite your return, please contact a customer service associate at (or your assigned account representative for managed accounts) to receive a Returns Authorization number. A Returns Authorization number is required for all returns.
• We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless you received a shipment sent in error by I Love Guns & Titties
• To receive a refund, your original packing invoice should accompany your return. If you do not have the original packing invoice that was enclosed with your order you can simply email us at and request a copy of your order.
• Items should be in original packaging and must not be soiled or laundered.
• Selected items sold by I Love Guns & Titties are designated as non-refundable (For Example: Clearance Items, Panties, etc.).
Contact our customer service associates at and we will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements of items received from I Love Guns & Titties.
• If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error by I Love Guns & Titties we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt at our return center, and send you your replacement with no additional charges.
Gifts / Gift Card Purchases:
For merchandise purchased on a gift card, we will issue a merchandise credit back to the gift card that can be used online. If at any time you become dissatisfied with the returns / exchange experience, please email customer service at
